👋🏻 👀 ✏️ 👍🏻I'm a scriptwriter and development specialist with credits on some of the world's most successful shows, and more than a decade of experience working with some of the biggest names in children's television.I love finding fresh new ways to engage and entertain kids of all ages, but especially pre-school and 'bridge' audiences. I spend my time working with great people, having fun, being silly, and letting my imagination run wild.People have said I'm "imaginative, creative, and very funny", a "delight to work with", and "taller than we expected".

About Me

I was born in London, now I live in Scotland with my wife and kids. We ride our bikes, swim in the sea (yes it's cold), walk our dog, and negotiate exit terms at the dinner table.I graduated with an MA in Feature Film Screenwriting in 2008, and once worked as a nanny and children's entertainer. Nothing can prepare you for the pressure and bloodthirsty ruthlessness of the under-5's party scene.I've done talks on writing 📣, recorded podcasts 🎙️, performed musical theatre 🎭, played football ⚽️, grown avocadoes 🥑, tried jogging 🥵, listened to thousands of hours of music 🎧, worked as a film projectionist 📽️, and been trapped (briefly) under a chest of draws 😫
